What is your return policy?
If you don't love it, you don't have to keep it! Simply mail your package back to us within 15 days of your purchase and we will issue you a refund to your credit card. Items received after 15 days and up to 30 days will be issued a store credit. Shipping costs are not refundable. Orders that received free shipping will be deducted the shipping charge of $5.00. All items must be returned in their original packaging. If you have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 914-667-4628. We do not accept returns after 30 days. My shipment arrived
damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us immediately via telephone at 914-667-4628 or by email at email@example.com if you have received defective or damaged merchandise and we will process a claim and/or replacement. Most shippers (UPS, FedEx) normally require an inspection so please do not dispose of the packaging and materials until you hear from us. You MUST inform us within 5 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.
How do I make a
Return your purchase in the original box, well-packed and insured for the full price of the item.
