When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 12 Noon EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within 48 hours. If you need your order express, overnight or next day please call us or email us to make sure we can accommodate your needs. We will do our best!
How are the Shipping Costs determined?
We use flat rates for ground, 2-day and overnight. We use a single flat rate to European countries. Canadian customers pay flat rates for ground, 2-day and overnight. International customers are responsible for duty and taxes.
What are the rates?
US ground shipments $5.00, US 2nd Day $20, US overnight $25. Hawaii ground $15.
Canada ground $20, Canada 2nd day $35, Canada overnight $45. Buyer pays duty and taxes.
European countries $40. Buyer pays duty and taxes.
Westchester New York Personal Delivery $5. Buyer allows packages to be left at door and accepts all liability if no one is home to accept delivery.
My shipment arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us immediately via telephone at 914-667-4628 or by email to shop@chichibean.com if you have received defective or damaged merchandise and we will process a claim and/or replacement. Most shippers (UPS, FedEx) normally require an inspection so please do not dispose of the packaging and materials until you hear from us. You MUST inform us within 5 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.
